Who can join?
Anyone who makes content for editors or creators: tutorials, reels, newsletters, courses, communities. There's no minimum audience. Amro looks for people whose audience edits video, ideally in DaVinci Resolve.
How much do I earn?
30% of what each buyer pays, worked out after sales tax or VAT. With your code a buyer pays $59 today, so you earn about $15 a copy. When Aster goes to $99, your code takes it to $89 and you earn about $22 a copy.
Is it recurring?
No. Aster is a one-time purchase, so you're paid once for every copy sold with your code or link. There's no limit on how many.
What does my audience get?
$10 off the lowest price Aster is sold at. Your link applies the code for them; they can also type it at checkout. They get Aster for Mac and Windows, Aster for Claude, free updates for version 1 and 14 days to ask for their money back.
When and how am I paid?
Monthly, by PayPal or Wise, with no minimum. Each sale is held for 30 days to cover Aster's 14-day refund window, then paid at the start of the next month. Refunded orders earn nothing.
How long does my link work?
Someone who opens your link has your code applied for 90 days, even if they leave and come back. Your code works whenever they type it. Whoever's code is on the order gets the sale.
How does the $25 first post work?
Once you're approved, post about Aster anywhere you share with your audience, with your link or code and marked as #ad or affiliate link. Send Amro the link and $25 is added to your next payout, on top of your 30%. It's once per partner.
Do I need to own Aster?
No. If you're approved you get your own licence free, for Mac and Windows, so you can show the real thing.
Can I run ads?
Posts, reels, videos, emails and your own channels are all fine. Don't buy search ads on the name Aster, don't post your code on coupon or deal sites, and don't use your own code on your own purchase.
What if I'm not accepted?
You'll still hear back. It's usually about fit, like an audience that doesn't edit video, and you're welcome to apply again later.
Where do I see my sales?
In your partner dashboard at aster.affonso.io. Sign in with your email; it sends you a link, no password.
